Met deze benoeming maakt de organisatie een nieuwe stap bij het accelereren van sociaal ondernemerschap in Nederland\u201d..<\/p>\n<p>Leonie: \u201cDe missie van Social Enterprise NL ligt me na aan het hart en ik ben er trots op om daar de komende jaren vanuit de directie aan bij te mogen dragen. Ik kijk er naar uit om samen met de leden en onze partners onze impact verder te vergroten.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De directie wordt vanaf 1 januari gevormd door Stefan Panhuijsen en Leonie Bank. Stefan neemt de rol van bestuursvoorzitter en algemeen directeur over van Mark Hillen. Stefan: \u201cIk heb veel zin om de komende jaren samen met Leonie en ons fantastische team verder te werken aan onze missie: samen radicale systeemverbetering realiseren.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mark Hillen (medeoprichter) treedt uit de directie en blijft half-time werkzaam in het team: \u201cIk heb alle vertrouwen in deze nieuwe constellatie en het sterke team dat we nu hebben. Het geeft mij ruimte voor nieuwe initiatieven. Ik zal me binnen Social Enterprise NL vooral bezighouden met projecten, beleidsbe\u00efnvloeding en innovatie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Social Enterprise NL is een stichting met een Raad van Toezicht model, waarbij de directie het bestuur vormt. De Raad van Toezicht wordt gevormd door Wouter Scheepens (voorzitter), Mohammed Azzouz, Fleur Ost\u00e9, Charlotte van Wezel en Virginia Yanquilevich.
