Dit gebeurt op drie manieren:<\/p>\n<p>\u2023\u00a0Raising the possible: showing that it is possible to do business more sustainably<br \/>\n\u2023 Raising the desirable: showing that it is desirable to do business more sustainably<br \/>\n\u2023\u00a0Raising the acceptable: showing that it is unacceptable not to do business more\u00a0sustainably<\/p>\n<p>Een van de conclusies van dit rapport was dat veel sociale ondernemingen\u00a0veel ambitie hebben om\u00a0andere bedrijven te be\u00efnvloeden, maar\u00a0de kennis en vaardigheden missen om\u00a0dit\u00a0effectief\u00a0te doen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom starten wij een meerjarig project gericht op het verbeteren van de\u00a0influencing\u00a0vaardigheden van sociaal ondernemers\u00a0(via een online course)\u00a0en vergroten van de awareness op deze rol van sociale ondernemingen\u00a0(via een campagne). Hiervoor zoeken wij een\u00a0project\u00a0officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat ga je doen?<\/strong><br \/>\nAls project\u00a0officer\u00a0ben je de spil in het project:<br \/>\n\u2023\u00a0Eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokkenen zoals\u00a0experts,\u00a0wetenschappers,\u00a0creatief bureau en sociaal ondernemers;<br \/>\n\u2023 Verdiepend onderzoek\u00a0ten behoeve van de online course\u00a0en campagne.\u00a0Identificeren best\u00a0practices, cases en experts\u00a0op het gebied van\u00a0de be\u00efnvloedingsrol van\u00a0social\u00a0enterprises;<br \/>\n\u2023 Verantwoordelijk voor algemeen projectmanagement, o.a.\u00a0maken en bewaken\u00a0van de\u00a0planning,\u00a0het\u00a0organiseren\u00a0en verslaglegging\u00a0van\u00a0bijeenkomsten\u00a0en monitoring en evaluatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat vragen wij?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2023 Tussen de twee en vier jaar werkervaring, idealiter in omgeving gericht op\u00a0beleids\u00a0be\u00efnvloeding, impact meten en\/of sociaal ondernemerschap;<br \/>\n\u2023 Academisch werk en denkniveau, goede communicatievaardigheden in het Engels;<br \/>\n\u2023 Affiniteit met sociaal ondernemerschap;<br \/>\n\u2023 Kennis van online\u00a0learning\u00a0is een pr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat bieden wij?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2023 Een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en begeleiding om jezelf door te ontwikkelen;<br \/>\n\u2023 De kans om te werken\u00a0met internationaal toonaangevende organisaties op het gebied van sociaal ondernemerschap;<br \/>\n\u2023 Een plek in een gemotiveerd\u00a0en ambitieus\u00a0team (9 personen);<br \/>\n\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u2023 Een werkplek en lunch op ons kantoor in\u00a0Midwest\u00a0in Amsterdam, volop mogelijkheden om thuis te werken;<br \/>\n\u2023 Een jaarcontract\u00a0voor 32-40 uur in de week\u00a0met uitzicht op verlenging\u00a0en\u00a0een passend\u00a0salaris.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solliciteren?<\/strong><br \/>\nStuur voor\u00a0<strong>1 december\u00a02021<\/strong>\u00a0een korte motivatiebrief en CV naar Stefan\u00a0Panhuijsen\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:stefan@social-enterprise.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stefan@social-enterprise.nl<\/a>.
