\/>\n<\/style>\n<p>Op 30 april jl heeft Staatssecretaris van Economische Zaken en Klimaat Mona Keijzer het eindrapport van het KPMG-Nyenrode onderzoek, <em>Stimuleren van (h)erkenning van sociale ondernemingen<\/em>, naar de Tweede Kamer gestuurd. Het rapport vormt een van de pijlers onder haar integrale plan tot stimulering van sociale ondernemingen in Nederland waarvan de verwachting is dat het voor de zomer wordt ingediend.<\/p>\n<p>De onderzoekers trekken heldere conclusies:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"link\">Er is een duidelijke behoefte aan (h)erkenning bij sociaal ondernemers en stakeholders<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"link\">De respondenten zien de BVm of het Wettelijk verankeren van de Code Sociale Ondernemingen als passende opties<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"link\">In beide opties kan een \u2018m \u2018 worden toegevoegd aan de handelsnaam van de onderneming, en wordt deze dus zichtbaar in het handelsregister van de Kamer van Koophandel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"link\">De onderzoekers adviseren om deze twee lijnen inhoudelijk verder uit te werken<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"link\">De uitvoerbaarheid, handhaafbaarheid, en de kosten\/baten van deze varianten lijken te overzien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Keerpunt in een lange discussie<\/b><br \/>\nIn 2015 heeft de Sociaal Economische Raad aanbevolen om de behoefte aan een \u201cjuridisch label\u201d voor sociale ondernemingen verder te onderzoeken. We hopen dat met dit rapport een fase in deze maatschappelijke discussie wordt afgesloten. Het is tijd om de aandacht te richten op een inhoudelijke invulling die past bij de Nederlandse economie, -cultuur en -rechtssysteem. Er zijn nog veel keuzes te maken, ook binnen de genoemde opties. Dat vraagt een verdiepend proces waarbij juridische- en andere experts in gesprek gaan met de politiek.
