Humanity Link ontwerpt en levert infrastructuur voor digitale communicatie en financi\u00eble hulp aan humanitaire organisaties, VN-agentschappen en ngo\u2019s die actief zijn in crisisgebieden en achtergestelde regio\u2019s. Het platform van het bedrijf, EmpowerLink, maakt omnichannel-communicatie mogelijk \u2013 via WhatsApp, sms, IVR en berichtenapps \u2013 waardoor organisaties rechtstreeks kunnen communiceren met mensen in nood, profielen kunnen beheren en contant geld en vouchers veilig en op grote schaal kunnen uitkeren.
De activiteiten van de organisatie bestaan uit drie kerngebieden: de implementatie van op maat gemaakte communicatieplatforms, doorlopende technische ondersteuning en beheerde diensten, en het faciliteren van directe geldoverboekingen en digitale betalingen via de Provide en Enable betaaloplossing\u2014 waaronder Enable ZK, dat zero-knowledge proof-technologie bevat om de privacy te beschermen.
