Social Enterprise NL has a great deal of knowledge about social entrepreneurship and is happy to use it for customized research and advice. This is done for example at the request of ministries, provinces, municipalities, companies and knowledge institutions. For Social Enterprise NL it is paramount that the research or advice must contribute to the development of social entrepreneurship in the Netherlands. And the results must be shared publicly.

Social entrepreneurship research

Social Enterprise NL is happy to offer help to organizations, for example with the following issues:

  • What social enterprises are there in a particular area and what are their needs?
  • How can municipalities and provinces strengthen the local ecosystem for social entrepreneurs?
  • What opportunities are there for social enterprises in sub-themes such as labor participation, care, social connection and equity or the circular economy?
  • What are the growth and financing needs of social enterprises? (Local) mapping of social enterprises and their needs.
